Find or make a motorized vaginal stimulator that you like and can wear, and also a microphone that you can attach discretely to yourself or your instrument.

If you are skilled with electronics, do the following yourself. If not, find a trustworthy and discrete electronic engineer or technician.

Build a circuit between the microphone and the vibrator motor allows the sound of your instrument to drive the stimulator's motor.

Some examples might be: The higher the sound you play, the faster the vibrator motor moves, or the louder the sound played, the slower the motor.. or the inverse of the above with another kind of vibrator motion.
